Shop 'Til You Drop!

It's that time of year when we all spend lots of money on Christmas - gifts, travel, food - it's a shopping frenzy!  Please take time this year to shop with Pueri Cantores and your favorite stores!  It's so easy and every dollar you spend will get us one more mile closer to Rome in 2015.  This is a great opportunity if you don't live in the Phoenix area, but you are a friend of Pueri Cantores anywhere in the United States.  Here's how it works:

1.  Visit www.stbernardschoirmall.com (or just click the PC Mall link above) and register for FREE with Dubli, a cash back web portal to over 4,000 stores.  You can shop all of your favorite stores, including Target, Walmart, Macy's, Apple, Microsoft, Best Buy, The Children's Place and many, many more.  You can also earn cash back on your travel plans through Priceline, Expedia, Travelosity, Moneyline and various hotel chains.  Finally, you can purchase financial products such as insurance.  Best of all? Pueri Cantores gets a percentage of every dollar you spend and you get cash back too!

2.  Looking for a gorgeous Christmas wreath, centerpiece or garland?  Want it delivered for free in 3 days to anywhere in the U.S.?  Visit Lynch Farm and check out our fundraiser!  We get 20% of every dollar you spend!

3.  Shop unique gifts through Etsy, Scentsy, Thirty-One, Origami Owl, Cookie Lee Jewelry and BeautiControl cosmetics at our own little store for Pueri Cantores (or click Shop link above).  One of our special offers is a digital subscription to the PC SBC Song of the Month!  For only $60 you will have a song recorded by Pueri Cantores St. Bernard of Clairvaux available for download on your computer or electronic device.  These products make amazing gifts for your friends and family!

By shopping with Pueri Cantores St. Bernard of Clairvaux you support us in the easiest way possible.  Because everyone shops at this time of year, please pass this on to your friends and family and get us closer to Rome!

Coin Collection Update!

On November 16th, a Big pep rally ending Pueri Cantores-St. Bernard of Clairvaux's "PC-SBC Coin Collection" program over the last 6 weeks was held.

PC-SBC kids had a blast taking turns pouring 250+ pounds of collected loose change into the sorting machines of the MidFirst Bank roving community service van.

Great thanks to MidFirst's David Dang and Sherwood Underdown for working with PC-SBC to make it happen; for presenting PC-SBC Director Kent Campbell with a check for $2432.94 for the coins generously donated by supporters at St. Bernard's and elsewhere; and for matching donations of $500 from MidFirst Bank and $250 from MidFirst's Scottsdale & Shea Branch.  Add in about $500 in bills and checks also dropped into our blue collection buckets by supporters, and we raised enough to send one more of our PC-SBC singers on next year's trip to Rome to sing with Pope Francis in St. Peter's Basilica for the 2016 New Year Peace Mass.

Thanks to all who donated, all who held buckets outside masses and elsewhere, and all who helped in myriad ways to make it a huge success!

Official Kickoff a Huge Success!

Yesterday, we sat in the Parish Hall, listened to the children sing and ate fantastic gumbo (thank you, Brian Menard!). Bishop Nevares joined our day by celebrating 11am Mass then speaking at the luncheon.

After months of planning and hard work, it was amazing to sit back and remember what we are working so hard for. The children started singing. Kent, the director, smiled at them, and they sang like angels.

Thank you so much to all of our volunteers and the steering committee for their tireless effort!

Have a blessed week everyone!

Featured on Channel 10!

A very big thank you to Rene for connecting us with Channel 10!

After a very long 2 and 1/2 hour rehearsal today, it was a joy to see our children on the news! They are busy preparing for the official fundraising kickoff with Bishop Nevares on Sunday and put in extra rehearsal time to make sure that everything is just right!

Thank you, Channel 10 for covering our story!
